Clear claim updates for homeowners, in their firm's name.
Plainly is client-communication software for firms that handle property insurance claims — public adjusters and property law firms. It connects to the system the firm already uses and keeps its clients informed, so a homeowner in the middle of a claim always knows where things stand and what happens next.
How it works
A secure claim page
Each client signs in with a one-time code sent to their email — no password to remember — and sees where their claim stands in plain language: what this stage means, what happens next, and anything the firm needs from them.
Updates at the moments that matter
When a claim moves forward, the client gets a short text from their firm. Messages identify the firm, never promise outcomes, and never deliver bad news by text.
A person when it counts
An automated assistant answers routine questions from the claim's own record and says so plainly. Anything it should not answer goes straight to a person at the firm.
Text messages
Plainly sends text messages only on behalf of a firm, only to that firm's own clients, and only to people who have agreed to receive updates about their claim. Every message names the firm it comes from.
- Message frequency varies with the progress of the claim.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
